Celebrating Press Success

Last Friday, Director and Founder Billy Gorter was praised in the Phnom Penh Post for his success with TLC. The article describes how TLC got started and has developed into a successful organisation with a range of programs that have been developed by and for the community. Billy also acknowledged the impact of our donors “A lot of individual donors form the backbone of our organisation. Without these donors we couldn’t function.”
